About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee and enhance our logistics and fulfillment operations at Sokhna Port. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and a proven track record in managing teams within the trucking and logistics sector.

What You'll Do:

• Own the interface with the shipper, supplier and serve as their main point of contact, for the duration of the load cycle.
• Own the interface with the carrier, and serve as their main point of contact, for the duration of the load cycle.
• Clearly understand individual accounts’ needs to be able to meet the client’s service quality expectations.
• Receive job orders from the client and revise the order to make sure all necessary data is obtained and job orders are created successfully on the load board.
• Coordinate job orders with the relevant teams before execution.
• Follow-up on the execution of the loads, ensuring the shipper is updated with the status of their shipment, as well as any delays or additional fees that may occur during execution.
• Ensure the SLA’s are being complied to at every stage of the execution process.
  Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Handle customer, supplier complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, while following up to ensure resolution and escalating to the Account Managers as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor degree is a must.
• 2-5 years in a similar position in the field of (Logistics – Trucking – Shipping lines).
• Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office).
• Well organized & can Perform multi tasks.
• Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English.
  
• Professional manner, presentable, punctual and strong ethical code.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
