About the Role:
As the Supply Acquisition & Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Trella’s growth by driving the expansion and engagement of our fleet partner network. This role is hands-on and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply familiar with the trucking industry in Saudi Arabia, and has the hustle to be on the ground building relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and retaining fleet partners to ensure Trella’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your work will directly impact Trella’s ability to meet customer demand, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is not just a desk job – you will be actively engaging with fleet partners, building trust, and ensuring they see value in partnering with Trella.
What You'll Do:

Fleet Acquisition and Growth
In this role, you will be responsible for both growing and diversifying Trella’s network of fleet partners. For rentals, your objective is to onboard fleet owners who can meet specific cost and kilometer targets, ensuring Trella’s operational efficiency and profitability. For the marketplace, you will source and acquire new fleet partners who align with our business model, expanding the supply base and meeting customer demand.
This process requires a strategic approach to identifying the right partners, conducting outreach, and building compelling value propositions that attract the best fleet operators in the market. -
Compliance and Contract Management
Ensuring compliance is critical in the trucking industry, and you will oversee the drafting, review, and signing of contracts with fleet partners. This includes ensuring all documentation is accurate, legally binding, and aligned with Trella’s operational standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring a seamless process for onboarding new partners. -
Onboarding and Training
Once a fleet partner is acquired, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This includes coordinating the installation of GPS trackers, activating their access to Trella’s fleet partner portal, and providing comprehensive training. Your goal is to empower fleet partners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed on Trella’s platform. -
Engagement and Retention
Retaining fleet partners is as important as acquiring them. You will take a proactive approach to engagement, providing regular performance updates through weekly and monthly reports. Additionally, you will plan and execute activities designed to build strong relationships with fleet partners, address their concerns, and keep them motivated to stay active on the platform. -
Data-Driven Management
Reporting and data analysis will be a significant aspect of your role. You will use tools like Excel to create detailed reports that track acquisition progress, performance metrics, and compliance status. These reports will inform your strategies for improving fleet partner engagement and ensuring alignment with Trella’s operational goals.
What You'll Need:
- A bachelor Degree in business, logistics, or any related field.
- Minimum five years in the trucking or logistics industry in Saudi Arabia.
- A deep understanding of the local market, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to build trust with fleet partners.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong negotiation, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
