Our Purpose

About the Role:

Reporting into the General Manager, Head of Commercial - Spot will be the main catalyst for business growth through a cross functional collaboration between Marketing and Sales. You will be fabricating cost-efficient customer aquisition hacks for maximum customer reach through our different customer acquisition channels. You will provide the sales team with all the bullets needed to approach new potential customers. Putting Trella’s holistic plan of growth and expansion of the spot vertical in Pakistan is at the heart of this role.

What You'll Do:

• Leading the strategy of customer acquisition and marketing with a lens of attracting more clients to our platform.
• Managing and working closely with the sales team to get insights on the target market and clients groups to correctly tailor the marketing strategy.
• Creating cost-efficient marketing campaigns to generate leads for the sales team.
• Setting clear objectives and KPIs to measure the growth of the business in light of the overall business targets.
• Reaching to the maximum target audience group needed for Trella to grow.
• Developing a strategy to highlight the benefits of using our platform for both shippers and carriers.

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years experience in Business Development.
• A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics or Management.
• An out-of-the-box thinker who is a strategic and forward thinking individual.
• Experience working within an agile development process.
• Proven track record of growing businesses preferably startups.
• Good communications skills.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• A never-ending desire to learn and develop.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset is a must.
