About the Role:
As a Junior HRBP your primary responsibility is to support the business and the people in your respective market. You will be responsible for all on-ground People Operations and recruitment that support the continuity of the business whilst being the direct point of contact for all employees and Managers to consult on everyday HR matters and Operations. You will work closely with HRBP’s to drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and ensure 100% completion of contract renewals for all employees across Egypt market in a timely manner.
- Oversee all social insurance processes including new hires, registrations, updates and compliance for all eligible employees.
- Maintain all Egypt employee information within Orange HR system and global HC reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for all new hires joiner in Cairo HQ and Ports ensuring smooth integration.
- Manage and oversee offboarding procedures for leaving employees.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all HR documentation and records.
- Driven to deliver on projects being developed and rolled out successfully
- Assist in recruitment activities for assigned roles, including creating job posts on ATS, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Promote a positive work environment by assisting with employee engagement activities and culture initiatives.
- Manage the company’s medical insurance policy and act as the primary point of contact for medical brokers to facilitate employee requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist employees by processing requests for official documents such as HR letters and bank letters in a timely and accurate manner.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or related roles, preferably within an HR business partnering or generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of Egypt labor laws, HR best practices and employee relations.
- Experience in recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Knowledge or experience managing employee benefits, particularly medical insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
