About the Role:

The Junior Insurance Coordinator supports the company’s insurance and claims activities by ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting of incidents, and coordination with transporters, brokers, and insurance providers. This role plays a critical part in protecting the company from financial and operational risk by maintaining compliance with insurance requirements and assisting in efficient claims resolution.

This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented early-career professional looking to build expertise in logistics risk management within a fast-paced operational environment. Candidate must be based in Egypt and will support KSA remotely.

What You'll Do:

Claims Execution

• Drive the end-to-end claims process from incident notification to recovery.

• Ensure claims are filed within policy SLAs to prevent rejection.

• Build complete claim files fast — PODs, invoices, driver statements, police reports, survey docs, and photos.

• Maintain real-time visibility on financial exposure.

  Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner closely with Operations and Control Tower immediately after incidents.

• Liaise with brokers, insurers, and surveyors to accelerate investigations.

• Escalate risks early — don’t wait for problems to grow.

 Data & Risk Visibility

• Maintain a clean, audit-ready claims tracker.

• Publish recurring risk insights:

  • Damage trends

  • Theft exposure

  • Lane-level risk

  • Repeat transporter incidents

 Prevention Mindset

• Identify patterns and recommend operational fixes.

• Support rollout of preventive controls (documentation standards, loading evidence, compliance checks).

What You'll Need:

• 0–2 years experience in logistics, insurance, operations, or finance.

• Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss.

• Structured thinker with strong follow-up discipline.

• Comfortable working across teams in a high-accountability culture.

• Advanced user of Excel / Google Sheets.

• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
